Tupelo Bay Villas 309 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the golf resort community of Tupelo Bay and 1.8 miles south of Surfside Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, Carolina room, and ceiling fans throughout. Four TVs (Roku) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two queen-sized beds. Complex amenities include an elevator. Community amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a health and fitness center, PickleBall courts, walking trails, an ice cream shop, a cookout area, and a clubhouse. Golf amenities include an eight-hole executive golf course, a par three course, a driving range, and a 36-hole miniature golf course. A shuttle bus for on-site golf activities is also available. Golf packages are not included with condo rental. Parking is limited to two spots. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
