This cozy cottage is in the heart of Boyne City. This charming two bedroom home is tastefully updated and has new mattresses. The covered porch and new patio with grill and fire pit are a great place to relax and enjoy the town’s beauty. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you are only 3 blocks to the best restaurants and bars downtown and just 2 blocks from the best public beach in the city. Boyne Mountain ski resort is only an 8 minute drive away and the snow is coming!

This centennial home has cool old school character paired with modern amenities and new comfortable furniture. The TVs have ROKU and we provide Netflix streaming on each. The house has a full size washer and dryer. Relax on the covered porch rain, snow, or shine. The new stone patio, fire pit, and grill are ready for food and fun !
