About the host

Host profile image
Since childhood, Brian has spent summers and winters visiting grandparents in Boyne City and nearby Harbor Springs. Following 28 years of marriage and demanding careers, we continue to be drawn to Boyne City and have chosen this friendly “Main Street” community to be our retirement home. Our family was blessed with the marriage of my mother-in-law Dianne and her husband Rick Behling. After years of leaving the Boyne area where they grew up, they reunited, married, and moved back to Boyne City! We are delighted to have recently retired to Boyne City to be with family. Home truly is where the heart is, and Rick and Dianne are at the center.

Why they chose this property

Northern Michigan is known for its beauty in all seasons. We are now blessed with the opportunity to live where many others come to vacation. We are excited to share our community with others and to provide opportunities unique to Northern Michigan.

What makes this property unique

Our newly remodeled, clean home, is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to downtown Boyne. It boasts a large backyard for family and friends to enjoy with private parking for your vehicles and watercraft. Our house is centrally located for nearby activities at Lake Charlevoix, Boyne Mountain, Young State Park, and the Avalanche Mountain Preserve.
