Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.

It is a studio condo and there is a king bed with new full couch. This is an end unit with wonderful natural light. It is located on the second floor with no elevator.

Bunnyhill Good!

This place is perfect for two adults and very workable for three for a long weekend. Nearly ski in/ski out and easy walk to the village it’s a happy complex.

Great spot for a ski getaway!

Stayed for a night to enjoy a lil ski getaway … wish we had the time to spend more! Location was great - right next to the bunny hill. Clean and fresh. Cozy fireplace and great bathroom. Bed was super comfy. Will rent again!

The resort has lots to offer, with dining options you can walk to and golf courses a short drive away. The unit was newly renovated, spotless and beautifully decorated, the thoughtful design maximized every inch of space. The mattress was extremely comfortable and the host was quick to respond with info and answers.

Nicely remodeled, GREAT location.

Nicely remodeled unit, location was great in terms of getting to the hill or walking to and from restaurants in the evening. The place was VERY tight for our family of 4 ( myself, my husband and two teen boys ). There is NO closet and the only place to hang ski coats and pants is in the bathroom so we tripped all over each other but we mostly were only in the room to sleep or get ready in the morning to hit the slopes, we still had a great time.

Nicely updated, a bit crowded

The communication and amenities were nice. We ended up having 3 of us stay and it was overall comfortable, but a bit tight. The sleeping area was fine, but there was definitely some shifting of things each morning and night to make room for utilizing the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and plenty of toiletries for our stay. Bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful visit Boyne is gorgeous We enjoyed Boyne city and the avalanche trail I also had a lovely walk to deer lake and back Weather was beautiful and the condo was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again

Great location- just as advertised

Check in instructions were perfect and easy to follow. The condo is adorable and perfect for 2. Truly ski in ski out and easy to walk for dinner or drinks on the resort. Highly recommend a day spa pass. We had no hot water but Lyndsey is making it right.

First Anniversary

We were married in Petoskey last year then had our reception at the Beach House restaurant. We rented a large home for our five children to stay with us. This year we found this cute place with walking distance to 40 acres and Everette's. WE LOVED IT! We were able to enjoy the beach, the pool and many restaurants. We even went to see Boyne Thunder. We both agreed it was one of the best weekends we have ever had! Lindsey was so good about getting back to us with any questions we had. We hope to be back next year!

Comfort and Convenience

Nicely updated room with all the little details that you might not think of but appreciate and notice when lacking. Nice towels and linens. Well equipped kitchen for a quick meal or snack and a nice selection of drink ware to enjoy your coffee in the morning or if you are looking to relax at the end of your day with a cocktail after exploring the area.

A night to remember

We had a great stay although it was short. We loved the area and pool. The condo was so cute and inviting. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only downside was the upper windows didn’t have curtains or blinds to block the sun. If it was winter time it wouldn’t be an issue but when the sun comes at at 6am it can be a little bothersome. That wasn’t really a big issue but just wanted to put it out there to timber a sleep mask lol. Overall it was a great trip would definitely come back and stay again.

Great little condo

Great little condo. Appears to be recently updated and very clean and nice. Took a short weekend ski trip for a ski instructor training with my wife and 4 year old daughter. It has a sofa bed but didn’t use it because daughter insisted on sleeping in king bed with us which was plenty big. Within walking distance of everything at Boyne Mountain. Close enough to take breaks. No need to drive anywhere, just park your car. Kitchenette was great for breakfast and lunch but we ate out for dinner. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Cozy, clean, well organized place

I took my 10 and 11 year old kids up to Boyne to ski for the weekend. The BunnyHill room/studio was perfect for us. The place is very nice and cozy for an adult and 2 younger kids. You can walk over to the heated pool/hot tub if you purchase a pass for it at the main Boyne Hotel lobby. The bed was soooo comfortable. We had a great time!

Quick walk to the lift

Small but cozy. We were only left with one garbage can for a bathroom sized garbage can but maybe that was a one-time oversight. Other than that, no complaints.
