Guests can also gather in the spacious great room, prepare a meal in the large kitchen, catch up on movies in the theatre or for those with a competitive side you can test your skills at billiards or our arcade game.
In the main room, you will find a beautiful stone fireplace, two sofa's (one sleeper) and flat-screen TV. The large windows in the space provide the amazing breathtaking view that this property is well known for. The covered deck off the great room allows guests to take in the view and relax in one of the rocking chairs.

Located near a popular wedding venue, there may be occassional music from events, but rest assured that it ends by 10:00 PM each night.
We recommend a four wheel drive to access the property during the winter months. The drive to the property is a climb but the views make it worth the journey!

The view is breathtaking there were issues with the gas fireplace and above all starting between 3:00 and 4:00 until 10:00pm you are actually a part of the wedding experience at the venue next door. The music was onto loud you could not enjoy the deck and not going to sleep until after 10:00pm

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful mountain views, they are one of our favorite parts of the property as well.
Regarding the fireplace, we appreciated you bringing it to our attention during your stay. We immediately had a licensed HVAC professional come out to service it to ensure it was working properly for you and future guests.
As for the nearby wedding venue, we do our best to provide full transparency — the listing clearly notes that the property is located next door to an event venue, and that occasional music may be heard until 10 p.m. We understand that every guest’s preferences are different, and we always encourage potential guests to review this information before booking so expectations are clear.
We truly appreciate your visit and your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the experience for future guests.
This cabin has spectacular views. Great cabin for family celebrations. Having 5 bedrooms with on suite full baths was perfect for a family stay. Each bedroom has an electric fireplace which was very nice. Very large kitchen with huge dining room table allowed for wonderful family dinners. We really enjoyed our trip and will definitely be staying here again.
This was a gorgeous home and exactly as described and you cannot beat the view. There is a wedding venue nearby and we enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the music on the few nights there was an event going on (9pm was the latest an event lasted). You cannot hear the music from inside the home. The home is very well stocked which was appreciated since we cooked all meals at the house during our stay. With 12 people staying arranging from 6 to 74, there was always something for everyone to do with an awesome movie theater, game room, hot tub, and fire pit. If staying in Pigeon Forge, you must rent this home.

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay at the Breathtaker Cabin. Our goal is to provide a relaxing family experience. Hope to host you again in the future!
My family of 9 adults & 2 toddlers spent 4 nights here. All bedrooms are very spacious, each has a private bathroom with shower/jetted tub which was really nice; just wish the shower stalls were larger as hair washing/shaving was challenging (I'm 5'2", 135#). Large kitchen, well stocked with everything (plates, cups, bowls, utensils, cookware, glasses, electric griddle, coffee makers, etc.). Refrigerator/freezer did not make much ice so prepare to buy your own & bring a cooler. Dining room table & seating were perfect & bar seating great for hanging out during meal prep. Mountain views were nice & we enjoyed the hot tub as well. There is a wedding venue close by; music was pretty loud at times & may not be to everyone's taste. There was a minor drip from the ceiling in one room but host was super responsive & had someone check it out very quickly. Property is at the top of the mountain so be prepared for very steep areas & sharp turns. Overall, neat & clean although the outside could use some attention (gutters lying on ground; unsightly AC area in direct view of hot tub, trash under hot tub, grass a bit high). Overall, a nice, relaxing trip for our family!

We are happy that you found the cabin to be clean and spacious for your visit. The amazing views at this cabin are definitely worth the climb to the top. A few things to mention, there is a wedding venue nearby but the music cannot be heard inside and shuts down at 10:00 PM. Finally, the property was recently purchased by the current owners and is under new management. They continue to make improvements since acquiring it. Starting with new kitchen appliances, new living room furniture and a new washer and dryer. Downspouts were unfortunately damaged in a recent storm but have been repaired.
My family of 5 with my mom and 2 dogs stayed at Breathtaker for 3 night stay. It was selected last minute as our previously selected location was cancelled due to water outage from recent flooding from Hurricane. It checked all the boxes I was looking for. There were many things to love about this house. Wonderful house, absolutely perfect views of mountainside, nicely appointed, had everything could ask for inside house. Kids and I enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the movie theater room upstairs. Having a bedroom for everyone with own on suite bathroom was great. The outdoor space was great with a fire pit, that we used alot for smores and grilling out. There is a nice looking hot tub but we didn't use it. The drive up the mountainside on a single lane road was a little scary but I got used to it. Location to surrounding Gatlinburg was close enough that it didn't seem very far away at all. Really the only negative was there is a wedding or other outside event site next door that likes to play really loud music every night that we were there. If was distracting enough that I did not enjoy sitting on the back porch to watch the beautiful sunsets. It was loud enough to hear it inside our bedroom, though it seemed like they did turn it down after 10 PM. Overall, this house did save our last minute change vacation plans, and we had a great time. Can't imagine better views, just expect that you don't need to supply your own music when outside at night. :).

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful review of Breathtaker! We’re delighted to hear that you and your family had a great stay, especially after your last-minute change in plans due to unfortunate circumstances.
We’re glad you loved the house and enjoyed the stunning mountain views, as well as the amenities that the house has to offer. The drive to this property is a climb but as you stated the views make it worthwhile. We are pleased that you found the location to be convenient to local amenities.
Again, thank you for your review!
