Family Christmas in Florida

The property was big enough for our family of 8 and well equipped with everything needed.I appreciated all the kitchen and bathroom essentials available and extras too! The mattresses could have been softer, but they were comfortable enough. Overall a great Christmas holiday was had by all! I would stay here again!

Listing is Accurate but missing key things

Positives- The listing is accurate when it says it sleeps 14 people.The listing is in a nice location and has parking as well.Negatives- Some of the toilets were clogged with remains left from previous stay.No toilet paper as well as no trash bags available.What seemed like a blood stain on one of the shower floors. Overall great location for players championship but property needs to be better prepared for people to stay at

Amazing Weekend!

The house was perfect!!! Great location, close to golf, stores and restaurants. Super clean and great layout, I will definitely stay here again. We had an amazing weekend in Jacksonville!

The house was very clean, comfortable, fully furnished and in great neighborhood! The hosts were amazing- easy to get in touch with them, very responsive, and accommodated our extended stay in every way. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful time. The Host was very accommodating, he made sure there was a Christmas tree and other decorations, even though it was after Dec. 25th. The house was very clean, linens were very fresh and the accommodations fit my family very well. The pictures were accurate. Would highly recommend this home.

Almost great

The house is large, has nice beds (at least the big ones) and kitchen. I say “almost great” as it had a lot going for it, but also a few thing to be be desired. It was clean in the important areas (beds, bathrooms) , but we spent a little time cleaning the washing machine, grill and sink to make the grill cookable and remove musty smell. The outside trash was overflowing when we got there, but they did get it out mid-visit, so maybe we just had bad luck. Kitchen had plenty of plates and pans. Could have used a few more glasses and bakeware, but overall very sufficient. Communication was up and down as well. Promptly sent the door code (most important thing) but didnt send WiFi (we found it), trash instructions or checkout procedures. Took 12-24 hours to answer questions, but also stayed out of our business, so I guess it just depends on what you are looking for. Area is definitely peaceful.

I have been to several Vrbo rentals in the past and this one lacked the information which pertained to the property ( in example the Wi-Fi id and password, instructions on what to do at the end of the stay, and the cleanliness of the property. ) the host did respond to my texts however the information supplied was incorrect.
