Beautiful Townhome near UW and Seattle Children's
Delightful craftsman townhome with two top floor bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.  The open concept main level includes a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room with gas fireplace.  Enjoy the security and convenience of the private attached garage.  Excellent location near University of Washington and University Village. Seattle Children's Hospital, grocery stores and the Burke-Gilman recreational trail are just a short walk away.    
The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.
The townhouse is located just one block from the Burke Gilman Trail, which spans nearly 19 miles between Seattle and Bothell. It is as much a thoroughfare for commuting to work and the University of Washington as it is a staple for social recreation and fitness. Built in the 1970s, the trail was among the first rail-trails in the country and helped inspire dozens of similar projects around the nation.
Visit the University District's informal eateries, coffeehouses and quirky shops lining University Way, known as "The Ave".
Husky Stadium at the waterside UW campus draws big crowds for college football.
View contemporary works at the Henry Art Gallery (15th Ave NE & NE 41st St) and fossils, regional Indigenous art, and cultural artifacts at the stunning Burke Museum (4303 Memorial Way NE).

Ground level entry with a small foyer and direct access to the garage. Our cozy inviting living room, a dining area, galley kitchen and a half bathroom are on the middle floor.
The top level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and their own private bathroom. The laundry area is in the hallway on the top floor between the two bedrooms.
Guests have access to the entire place.
Our location has many nearby public transportation options.
The 1-Line Northgate Angle Lake Rail Line is 1.4 miles, and there are 10 bus line options just a short walk away.
Seattle Children's Hospital is a quick drive or easy walk, less than a half a mile from the house.
*Please note, the garage comfortably accommodates only one vehicle. Additional parking is available along the public street without a permit or fee.
*A garage door opener is provided, and must be returned upon check out. Guests will be charged a $100 replacement fee if the garage door opener is not returned on check out day.
