Extremely clean, beautiful studio with full bath. Has mini fridge & keurig coffee maker. Filtered water pitcher in fridge. I would definitely come visit again! Close to nearby restaurants, attractions & quiet. Host is extremely thoughtful & professional

The room was beautiful. The ad on VRBO just shows a not so great picture of the bed. But the space is so much larger and it's very very nice and there's a screened in porch and a hot tub which we didn't know very nice I would definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying in Captains Quarters. Check-in is always seamless because Dawn provides detailed instructions. The room is comfortable and private, and having a private bathroom as well as assigned parking is huge. We will definitely be back.

What a cute house with a great location and awesome amenities! The interior is so cute, everything was super clean. I loved the placement of the Captain's Quarters room right next to lounge and off set by itself from the other bedrooms, plus a great ensuite bathroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well.

The host was extremely helpful and very personable. The place was clean and welcoming. Location was great, convenient to the attractions in LBI and great places to eat. Close enough to LBI but without the crowds and traffic of LBI. Would definitely book again!

Perfect little spot for the weekend. While we didnt get to do what we were supposed to, we made the most out of the weather and visited a few local breweries. Would love to come back again during summer time to take advantage of the kayaks and the e beach itself

Such a lovely guest home. The room was large, the bed comfortable and it was close to LBI that if you left early enough traffic wasn’t much of a problem. There’s a hot tub and screened in porch for guests to use, chairs in the back yard also for guest use The kitchen is fully stocked with a washer/ dryer for, you guessed it, guests to use. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

Captain's Quarters

This place was a perfect pick for us. It exceeded our expectations including the fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, private bath, and spacious bedroom on the first floor of an old Victorian home. We meet the owner who is delightful and very helpful. As a retired Food, Hotel and Travel Management professor I would give this place a 5 star rating.

Not for everyone unless you appreciate a.wonderful VRBO epeerience

Host is on top of everything. The location is insanely good if you are into LBI, Literally 5 minutes off Garden State Parkway. Our room was clean, comfortable…and on first floor with a fully equipped (shared) kitchen right out side our door. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Breeze Bay / Captain’s Quarters. The space was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. One of the little touches that really stood out was the Keurig machine — we were genuinely happy to see it after a long drive. It made it easy to relax with a cup of coffee as soon as we arrived. The décor has a bit of a funky steampunk vibe, which gave the place a unique and memorable character. It’s not your typical rental, and that added to the experience. Our host, Dawn, was incredibly accommodating. She allowed us to access the room early, which made a huge difference for us after a 4+ hour drive. We were able to freshen up, enjoy some coffee, shower, and get ready comfortably before heading out to a wedding that evening. The location is also very convenient, especially for anyone attending weddings at the farm in town — it made getting to and from the event easy and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful touches and a very helpful host. I would definitely recommend it!
