This luxurious home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with plenty of space for the whole family! Located on the East side of the Savannah River Walk, just steps from local restaurants, shops, and more! This property includes a private deck where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or afternoon cocktail as well as two parking spaces in the adjoined garage.

Beautiful and clean home. Great layout and location. The host was attentive and helpful. Having a bathroom for each room was wonderful! Kitchen had all the supplies you would need. Bonus was watching the cargo ships go by. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Had six adult family members ( 3 couples) and the place had more than adequate space. The entire home was welcoming and felt like the perfect place for an in town Savannah get away. Property location is in a perfect location to maneuver around Savannah. Everything was as advertised. Would stay again in an heartbeat.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Four members of our family joined in Savannah for the Thanksgiving holiday and chose this location for comfort and plenty of space for privacy. Even though we were a bit outside the historic district, it was accessible and a manageable drive to area golf courses. Having a private garage was a big bonus

Beautiful modern home!

Beautiful, new home with lots of modern features. Wonderful deck, brand new grill which we used twice. Amenities were as described online. Location is just outside town so quiet, no traffic! We were unable to walk to downtown but enjoyed being away from the crowds. Host was very responsive, brought over propane tank within hours so we were able to use the grill. Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Great location!

The townhouse is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The only drawback is if you are traveling with elderly people keep in mind it is a 3 story townhome so there are lots of stairs. The owner was very nice and responded to my questions right away. Definitely recommend. Also great proximity to Riverwalk.

Great Stay - Beautiful Townhome

This property is lovely, with unique architectural details. We found it to be very comfortable, including the beds. It's a bit of a walk to get to the historic district, but I liked being away from all that action. The construction in the area didn't bother us, and we enjoyed watching the river traffic. It was nice to not have to worry about parking the car overnight. The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Beautiful, but not downtown

“Steps to River street market” is about a mile. Due to the high ceilings, it was very difficult to get up and down the 3 long and narrow flights of stairs. Nothing can be done to remedy this, except communicating it in the listing. The host requests you to take out the garbage so be sure to bring your own trash bags since they are not provided. Luckily, we had planet of grocery bags. Bring an extra blanket in case you get cold or are sleeping on the sofa bed since that is not provided either. And if you get cold or hot, good luck changing the thermostat since instructions are not provided. If you park in the garage, there is no key pad on the back door so either don’t lock it or pull around front first to unlock it. Bring toilet paper, too, because the host provided 6 rolls to accommodate 4 bathrooms. Other than that, the property is beautiful, clean, and safe
