Escape II B-1 is a light, airy condominium located on the ocean block. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a serene, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Escape II B-1 is one of Ocean City's most popular vacation rentals.

The bright blue living room is furnished with a comfortable, suede couch, two matching arm chairs, a rocking chair, a fireplace, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The glass-paneled doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also next to the living room is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Off the kitchen is a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms and other bathrooms. The brightly-colored master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The third bedroom has a pyramid bed and a television. The third bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

This property was great! It was very clean and the the communication with the property mangers was seamless. It fit 7 of us comfortably and was within walking distance to a lot of great places in OCMD. We will be back!

4th of July Family Getaway

The location was great, the condo itself was very nice but could definitely be cleaner. It needs. Deep cleaning or TLC. There were stains on the furniture which was probably nothing more than water stains from previous guests but it was hard for me to lay on the couch with the stains there. The bathrooms needs some touch ups. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious and in a great location. Master bedroom was comfortable.

Just a shirt drive to the boardwalk and a football field away from beach access i cant complain. The house was clean and the description was right on. I would 100 percent use this house next year and we found it last min through VRBO

Family Getaway

Our family stayed here and it fit us all perfectly. The kids were happy with their space as were the adults. Locating a residence with three full baths was such a luxury. We were also just as spoiled with being a quick walk away to the beach, and of course Coconuts (best happy hour around!) Neighbors were friendly. We will definitely be returning. Only downfall was the molded shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom in a addition to there being limited cooking ware. But we made do. Minor set back that can be easily fixed. Thanks for a housing us!

First Time Using VRBO

Overall pleased with use of website and apartment. Apartment was adequately equipped with kitchen pots, pans, utensils, dishware, glasses though listing did not specifically state what it contained. Upon arrival went to use dishwasher and it was stuck in a mode that would not allow it to be turned on. Called rental agency and it was addressed in a few hours while we were grabbing dinner. Furniture was as expected from pictures. Apartment appeared to have been freshly painted with bright cheery colors and switch operated gas fireplace is charming. Parking underneath was 2 spots and adequate though area is dark at night w/ no light. Apartment generally clean but could have been cleaner. Contract cleaning service is not totally effective. Dried urine on master toilet. Ran a swifter several times over tiled floors to clean. Floor tile grout dark brown in color from residual dirt while original grout very light tan as seen along edges by walls. Website picture is also misleading. The picture is of the front building while this rental is the exact same construction but building is actually behind building that is along the street. So the rental's balcony looks at the back of the building seen in the website picture. Rental Agency effective though does not like people stopping in office. Stopped by after our drive around noon and was immediately advised by rental agency in a short abrupt manner that was intended to end the conversation that they will text if apartment is ready early ( I train people to perform call center customer service so have an expectation of proper customer service). So, went off for a while. At 2:00ish I did not get a text so stopped by ahead of 3 PM check-in. Advised rental agency we had not been texted but stopped by encase. Rental agency stated they had texted me, which they had not and asked what number they had. I advised I have the same number you texted me on the day before arrival. As I was talking, another agent sent me a text that went off confirming they had not sent a text that apartment was ready as they advised me they had. A simple acknowledgment of that oversight would have been appreciated. I understand they rent hundreds/thousands of units but this is my experience so they need to be on their game with a full court customer service attitude so each and every experience is perfect. I travel about 9 weeks a year on business and have a customer service expectation that was not met.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, despite some setbacks. We keep cleaners on staff until 8pm on check-in days in case things like this occur. You are more than welcome to give us a call to request assistance with maintenance or a re-clean. We use the text system to make things more efficient and convenient for everyone. That way, you don't have to make more than one trip to our office and we can use the time between check-out and check-in to complete final preparations for check-in and get our regular daily work accomplished. As such, we let every tenant know of this system as soon as you book with us, remind you by email and text before you arrive, and place a sign on the door as a final reminder. However, we apologize if the front staff seemed abrupt. They likely were just trying to give you the only answer they had as quickly as possible for both sides. We have spoken to them regarding this issue. We also apologize that the text did not get through to you in a timely manner. We have on employee who runs through the list to send out texts as cleaning reports come in and she may have missed yours by mistake or the text was delayed. Either way, we apologize for the confusion. We'd love to have you back!
