Relax to the trickling sound of the river. Soak in breathtaking views of water, faun & fauna. Speedy, reliable WiFi and impeccably clean cabin. A destination within a destination. Have fun at the resort... and lounging at the cottage too. As close as it gets to the resort in terms of comparable chalet's, for just you and your spouse to enjoy, all to yourselves. 6-minutes to the resort, this is the perfect home base for outdoor enthusiasts couples who enjoy coming back to the quiet and private feel of a cabin rather than a condo. Ideal for those who need the best of both worlds... to feel tucked away in nature all while being a quick hop to all Tremblant activities and training grounds. SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMITS: CCU20-01-010, CM20 02073, CITQ 300775.

Managed by a Superhost and consistently rated 5 stars for 11 years, La P'tite Diable is tucked away and guest described "small piece of paradise", small 500 square feet one bedroom waterfront cottage. The pedestrian village is an easy, flat drive, 6.5 kms away. Here, you can withdraw from the hustle and bustle all while still being in the Mont-Tremblant core. Our resplendent log-cabin style interior and large outdoor playground invite either relaxation or outdoor activities.

How we differ from other riverfront properties in the area: Our cottage is in an area where you'll feel more secluded with neighbours only at a distance. Perfect for a couple's time away. We are closer to the resort, at the corner of the linear ski/bike/ride trail and a main road drive away to skiing than comparables. Most other riverfront cottages are concentrated in an area in front of the Campground, have more of a community feel and are probably best suited for family vacations.

INCLUSIONS: The bedroom has a firm queen size posturepedic bed. The Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and enjoying home cooked meal at the cottage. Linens and towels are included. We also include starter inventory of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Kitchen, living and dining rooms are open space with large windows that open up to views of the water and private yard. Base service TV and reliable, speedy WiFi are included. If there's wood by the shed, for the outdoor fire pit, you are welcome to burn it. However, please ask or plan on bringing wood as it is not considered an inclusion although we do our possible to keep wood available for guests.

Relax while admiring the slow flow of the river and the crackling of an outdoor fire, re-energise! You will be just 5 minutes away from the Mont-Tremblant resort, 1 minute away from a first golf course, 2 minutes from the Spa Scandinave and at walking distance (1 minute) to biking, cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. These trails are included in the official Ironman Tremblant route on the P'tit train du Nord. Two bikes are included for use during your stay.

Unwind at this tiny cabin any time of year by the Diable Fly-fishing River. There are breathtaking views of the water, faun and fauna all within 15 meters from the house. This unique waterfront property allows you to view the abundant wildlife from the open-plan dining and living room. Take pleasure in an incredible moment of rest without any immediate neighbours.

You will be in the heart of Tremblant's most popular activities year round. You can walk out to the front of the house and fish in one of the most renowned fly-fishing rivers in Quebec (check fishing dates). The paved bike path is at the corner: 2 bikes included/Check with municipality for Le P'tit Train du Nord opening dates. In summer, rest your chair riverside, or in the river, and let La Diable's water tickle your feet while reading your favorite book. Swim in beautifully clean and refreshing water flowing from Mont-Tremblant's National Park.

Can't fully escape from work? We have excellent cellular reception and we include Free Wifi Internet.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Like many waterfront properties in Tremblant, our tranquil surroundings might be influenced by the vibrancy of all other activities a four-season resort destination has to offer. If you prefer pure relaxation, there are times of year best suited for that as well. Please, check out the Circuit Mont-Tremblant race schedule, Tremblant and Tourism Mont-Tremblant's web sites and book at other times. Most rivers and lakes directly in Tremblant experience the same temporary transformation as sound carries through rivers and lakes..

Guests have unlimited use and access to anything at the property during their stay. Entire cottage and small storage shed. Use of outdoor furniture, BBQ (weather permitting), outdoor fire pit, beach

Lovely spot
The property was quaint, clean, and had everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen. Sitting by the lake was very relaxing, and the fire pit was great.

Perfect
My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay at the end of April as a break from our usually hectic schedules and were looking for some peace and tranquility. Zoya's place was exactly what we needed! It is cosy but has plenty of space for a couple and is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Having lunch by the river and a fire in the evening, you can happily escape from the world and enjoy the setting and nature. The location does also mean that if you want to head out to a restaurant, bike or hike the Petit train du nord, everything is close at hand. Look forward to heading back there again in the future.

Perfect Couple + Dog Getaway
Zoya & Marc really offer a beautiful river front unique experience! That cabin was perfect for my wife, dog, and I. It was fully equipped with all we needed for making delicious meals with a fantastic view. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We were able to walk to cross-country trails and to were very close drive to a number of other beautiful hikes, snowshoeing and the village. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us! Cozy, comfortable, convenient!
My partner and I agree that it's one of the best holidays away we've had away in a while. Zoya and Marc's cabin is exactly as described and more: conveniently located & well equipped with beautiful amenities. The river it is located on is shallow and clear, and made for a wonderful swimming spot steps away from the door. Our dog loved it! The cabin has everything you need; even items we brought just in case were stashed away in a box as we didn't need them. The cottage comes well equipped to make roughly any meal you would like, not to mention starting your day with a delicious espresso. Located just off the bike paths, we were able to quickly get to the old village for a sandwich and coffee or swim in Lac Mercier, or a 10 minute drive to Saint Jovite had us stocked for groceries. The area is beautiful and easy to navigate, senses kept sharp by the many many deer we had the pleasure of meeting! If we could recommend a few lovely places to treat yourself, the Quintessence hotel provided an exquisite dinner, and a day trip to Saint Sauveur had us very pleased in finding the sweet and savoury Lola 45 - a place you must try! Zoya and Marc are available if needed, and were easy and helpful to communicate with. We loved our end-of-summer retreat at their cabin and look foward to returning next summer, or maybe in the winter for some skiing! Cheers and thank you so much for a lovely stay. - K, G & D

Beautiful riverside chalet in the heart of Mont Tremblant
Great small chalet half way between the three main areas of the Mont Tremblant area. Great to be able to walk along the Petite Train into the village. Lovely riverside setting with excellent amenities.

A perfectionist, you can count on the details having been taken care of before you arrive. We also live in Tremblant and are close by if you need anything.

Stay with us and you'll appreciate the convenience of checking-in at your convenience using a personalized key lockbox code. We like to know that you've arrived safe and sound and so we do request that you inform us of your arrival; otherwise, you're on your own (unless you request anything specific).

Why they chose this property

I settled in Tremblant after having lived in 5 other cities for a reason many of us 'Tremblanteois' share... for the summers surprisingly. Many people are first attracted to Tremblant for its internationally renowned skiing; they often decide to stay in Tremblant for its summers and the appeal it has 4 seasons out of the year. This property is the perfect mix of it all: in the center of all activities any season, yet withdrawn just enough... at the corner of the bike paths and waterfront of course.

What makes this property unique

Its just so cute, perfectly located close to Tremblant's favorite activities, no immediate neighbors and as a bonus its a riverfront. The sound of the river year-round is soothing and so relaxing.
