Welcome to our Sandcastle Penthouse Suite! This top floor condo unit with private, key access elevator is our most recently refreshed property (with renovations ending in March 2024) making it a fantastic getaway for you and your family.
The 900 Ocean condo building was renovated in 2023, is well-maintained, and sits just a short walk to the 9th Street beach (one block), Downtown Asbury Avenue, restaurants, amusements, and the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk. The building offers a coin laundry room, bike storage, outdoor shower and a large, covered parking space for your vehicle. It’s perfect for anyone with mobility issues or for families with small children as there are no steps to the elevator and only one small step into the unit.
Condo will be ready for April check ins.

Please note - linens such as bed sheets, blankets, towels, and pillows are not included with your stay. Guests are welcome to bring these supplies from home or use our recommended linen service. Please see our full linen policy at the end of the listing for more information and a coupon code.

UPDATES & NEW FEATURES
New floors and paint throughout unit, new smart TVs with updated furniture and decor in living room and bedroom. New light fixtures and appliances, an updated full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, and more. Plus, a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom for easy access from the living room as well as bedroom.

UNIT DESCRIPTION
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, enough drawers to settle in, and a smart TV with a connected full bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee (and people-watching!) from your large covered outdoor terrace as you take in the sweeping birds-eye views of Downtown Ocean City, the back bays, and the 9th Street Bridge. The bright, roomy living room has a smart TV as well as a pull-out sofa for added guests. The refreshed kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. The brand-new bathroom comes with a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper. The unit also comes with a queen-size air mattress, board games, and two beach tags for use during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and fit our family perfectly. The proximity to the boardwalk made for easy quick fun for kiddos and easy access to the beach. First Vacation!!

This was both my partner and I first vacation as “adults” without our immediate families. We found the booking process to be clean and trustworthy along with the professionalism to be top tier. I love the location and to be able to walk to the boardwalk within 2 minutes. We enjoyed the hotel like feel but a homey touch. Great find!

Took my daughter and a friend to OCNJ for a quick trip and this place was perfect! Just as it appears online - perfect size for up to 4 people, extremely clean, and 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Host was very accommodating and was fantastic at communicating in a timely manner. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect location, 2 blocks off the boards, easy walk to shopping district or the beach. Very clean condo, Jilly's was very responsive. Parking was easy - only used my car once during the whole stay. The only issue I had was that the wifi seemed to struggle - I was logging in for work and had to turn off the TV so that I could get access. Other than that, I loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Few days escape to the shore

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this property and were very happy and comfortable here. The place was as pictured and advertised. It was a great value for the location and size of the unit. The owner was responsive to our needs, even personally stopping by to assist in TV set up. Everything was in working order with a nicely well stocked kitchen. The welcome package upon checking in was a very sweet and unexpected surprise that just added to our enjoyment. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for family interested in being close to everything!

If you are looking to be close to the board walk in a clean apartment - this is your place! Jody was extremely communicative and checkin could not have been easier. They even welcomed us with a very cute gift basket. The layout of the apartment was great - we had our two kids on the pullout and we were in the bedroom. Kitchen is small but fine if you are just preparing breakfasts/beach lunches. Probably wouldn't recommend if you are interested in making dinners at home. Great location, close to everything!
