The house is in Vila Paraíso do Atlântico, in front of the sea (foot in the sand), 15 km from Ilhéus and 45 km from Itacaré _ Considered the most private beach in the region, incredible incredible to contemplate the landscape of the sea, the waves and also for hiking.

A casa é linda...o caseiro é muito prestativo...local para descanso mesmo...interagir com a natureza...tudo condiz com as fotos que o locatário colocou no site. Senti falta da cidade ter aluguel de quadriciclo ou jet ski ou bicicleta ...para podermos passar o tempo na praia. Podem alugar tranquilamente que quem quer sossego o local é ali, se quiser dar uma volta a noite tem que ir para Ilhéus.

A CASA NÃO É BOA, É PERFEITA!!
A casa é um paraíso, já fui a Bahia várias vezes, a casa é disparada a melhor casa em que já fiquei. O senhor Solon o proprietário sempre disposto a ajudar, preocupado se todos na casa estavam bem, cumpriu corretamente com o acordado, o caseiro Ailton sempre atencisoso e prestativo. A casa é como está nas fotos. Praia linda. Quando voltar a Ilheus certamente voltarei para a casa. Muito Obrigado por cuidar tão bem desse imóvel senhor Solon.

Eu, família e amigos ficamos hospedados 6 dias nessa casa que atendeu bem nossas expectativas! O mar é na frente da casa! Praia limpa, deserta e com boas ondas! Simplesmente amamos! Sr Sólon ( dono da casa) e Ayrton (caseiro) nos deram toda a atenção precisa. Voltaremos!!!!!

Foram ótimos dias.
Local ideal para passeio com crianças e idosos por ser muito calmo e a praia ser muito tranquila e limpa. A casa tem uma estrutura maravilhosa. Ressalva apenas para o fogão que não é bom o suficiente para cozinhar grandes quantidades. O caseiro Ailton é uma simpatia a parte e o proprietário Solon também é muito prestativo. Valeu a pena e pretendemos retornar em breve.

A casa é ainda melhor que nas fotos. Proprietário muito gentil e interessado no conforto dos inquilinos. Por exemplo: o ar-condicionado de um dos quartos apresentou ruídos e, de imediato, foi substituído. O caseiro (sr. Ailton), também sempre prestativo, é rápido e eficiente em resolver pequenos problemas do dia-a-dia.
A praia é um espetáculo a parte. Com exceção dos fins de semana, em que alguns banhistas aparecem, o lugar é praticamente vazio, ideal para aqueles, como eu, que não gostam de disputar espaço na areia.
Além disso, a proximidade de Itacaré e Ilheus proporciona curtir o bom das duas cidades.
Ao voltar para a região, não procurarei outro lugar. Recomendo com entusiasmo a amigos e conhecidos.

A casa é uma delícia! Fácil acesso de carro a partir do aeroporto. Tanto o proprietário quanto o caseiro são muito atenciosos e prestativos. A praia em frente é linda, limpa, tranquila. Recomendo!
