Other things to note
Please understand this is the middle floor of 3 units and you may here other guests above and also please be mindful of noise to the lower level. We have a quiet hours policy to help with this.
We are only able to accommodate 1 to 2 (if the 2nd car is very small) parking spaces onsite. Any additional cars will have to find street parking, which is free. The balcony is private, but the patio and amenities in the backyard are shared with other guests.
To book this lovely place, we ask you to agree to a hold on your credit card. It’s just a hold, so we don’t actually take anything from your account the whole stay unless there are damages. Almost always, we’ve not needed to actually use this. 😊 We put this in place a few months ago after a property was left with significant damages. It helps protect us as hosts as well as future guests.
