Welcome to Coconut Castle located in the coastal community of Frangista Beach! This coastal community is nestled in an area with local beach shops and beachfront dining. The sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico are a short 5 minute walk from the house! This 4,800 sq. ft home has nine spacious bedrooms, eight bathrooms and can accommodate up to 24 guests. The home also features a private pool, pool table, large outdoor gas grill, fire pit and games in the back yard. There are two spacious balconies with comfortable outdoor seating and a small watchtower on the top floor with a stunning view.

There are four stories in this home. The first floor has a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, wine cooler and pool table. There is a living area with a full size pullout sofa and two chairs. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and one bunk room with two sets of twin bunks. One king bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a full size washer and dryer on the first floor as well.

Once you walk up the first flight of stairs you enter an tropical oasis open floor plan! Decorated with the beach in mind with fun palm tree murals and coastal colors! The living area has a large sectional sofa with two chairs and a 65" flat screen TV. This floor features a luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, a double oven and an electric stovetop range. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a wonderful meal. There is ample seating with a four top bar area, breakfast nook, and long dining room table. This floor opens up to a large balcony with an outdoor sectional for lounging and a dining table. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The third floor houses the grand master bedroom! It is very spacious with a king size bed, one set of twin bunks, a seating area, kitchenette with mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker, and a large balcony with lounge chairs and ottomans. The master bathroom has a soaking tub and stand alone shower. There are two other bedrooms on this floor with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer located on this floor as well.

The fourth floor has a queen size bed and is located in a loft. The fourth floor does not have a bathroom.

There is a helpful binder in the home with restaurants and activities for your convenience. If you need help with anything while you are here we are a phone call away!

We provide 10 beach chairs, a wagon, and two umbrellas for you to use at the beach while you are visiting.

There is a baby gate, pack n play, and 2 highchairs for guests visiting with little ones.

We know pets are part of your family too! We do allow dogs with management approval.
