This property was excellent! The location to the public beach access was great. It is so close and an easy walk. The house was beautiful and the pictures do not even do it justice. We loved having the pool and hot tub to enjoy after a day at the beach. The washer and dryer being located on the first and second floor was a nice feature. We would definitely consider this home if we are traveling to the area with a group again in the future!

We had a nice time at this home. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to the beach. We did, however, have 2 issues that left us quite frustrated. First, the host went completely missing on our day of arrival. No reply to any texts, emails, or VRBO messages until the next day (and no apology or acknowledgement). Second, the weather started out wet and a bit cooler than usual so we paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated. Unfortunately, after days of the host saying the heat was turned on, the water was still cold. That was a big disappointment as we were looking forward to evenings out back. Thankfully, she refunded the extra fee without issue. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would consider staying again.

Pinkie thought of everything. We enjoyed the pool, spa and all the poolside toys. We made an effort to spend time at the beach but given the home was so relaxing and peaceful, we spent most of our time at the house. We had everything we needed to grill steaks and burgers. We loved coffee stations on every floor of the home. We can’t say enough about our perfect stay and amazing experience. Check in was seamless and when we had questions Pinkie and her team responded quickly. We highly recommend Crystal Blue.

The most beautiful property

My husband and I booked this house for our family and coworkers and their families for mother's day. we all had the best time with our children and really never even had to leave due to the amount of amenities here. We will definitely be booking again!

Excellent Home

Crystal Blue had everything we needed! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and just a causal 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was well heated and worth the expense in February. Communications were great when I had a question. We had no problems with the facility. Would definitely return.

We took the family over spring break and was not disappointed, overall was 110% satisfied with everything , Would highly recommend this property , any minor issues very prompty addressed , very good service ! The decor we loved,pool and hot tub was great, pleanty of good restaurants , top notch golf cart ,and too many to write about , probably one of the nicest weve been to!! Spectacular house

There's not too many negative things to say this house was absolutely phenomenal from how close it was to the beach to the backyard with the pool and hot tub to the double dishwasher to the washer and dryer on the first and second floor your own ice maker and I'm not talking about the refrigerator one this was definitely a 10 out of 10, my only complaints are the Golf Cart was really slow It said it was going 25 but the radar on the street said it was 22 we were holding up traffic everywhere we went. I really wish it would go faster at least 30 mph and the last thing was, I was really disappointed that I got charged a credit card fee to book this house, between the 2400 host fee and 1200 cleaning fee I should not have been charged 3% to book with a credit card, I asked why they do this and they said because credit card companies charge them money Well that's been happening for 50 years That's nothing new and for the amount of money that we pay for this house you shouldn't be charging any more than you have to. But I would definitely stay here again if the credit card fee was waived, i've been staying in Destin for the past eight years every year I stay in a different house because we like to try different things and this is the only house/company that charged a credit card fee but again I still give a 10 out of 10

Overall we loved our stay. Super close to the beach. We all loved the pool. The biggest issue was the hot tub not heating up. I reached out a few times but it was never fixed. We spent a lot of money for the week and were disappointed in that.
