Enjoyable

We had a great holiday and would come back in future and rent your property again. There are a few things that you may not be aware of. 1. Windows were filthy especially kitchen, front and back doors were very streaky. Floors if you left your white socks on or had bare feet your feet and socks were black so after showering you would need to wash your feet before bed. Lighting fixtures were also needing a good cleaning had greasy dust on them. 2. Bikes are not maintained very well. Chain off one bike and back wheels not really great on other bikes when ride the wheels are wobbly . 3. Pool started turning green late Wednesday so Thursday we contacted you have it serviced so weren’t able to use pool Thursday and the lovely lady who did service it said pump wasn’t working properly. 4. Your golf cart doesn’t have much power runs sluggish. Needs charged often. As I said earlier you have a beautiful home and I would certainly rent again but I was speaking to a friend of mine who has properties she rents out and she said she would want to know about how her house is being maintained since you are paying for service and might not be aware of a few things that need addressed. Great house for family fun

Perfect for our extended family get together. Size, layout, and style of house fit us perfectly. Only one suggestion: please supply beach towels. It's a house with a big pool and it's just two minutes from the beach. Beach towels would be a nice amenity to add.

Destin 2023

The size of house and lay out was perfect for 5 families. I liked the pool, the sitting areas on all floors, the bedrooms having private bathrooms, and the location. It is very close to beach. I loved having the elevator! The ping pong paddles were too heavy and they only provided one ball. It would be nice if house provided games, books and puzzles. I do feel like it needs a bigger fridge for that number of people, another ice maker, another table on first floor, a storage room for beach stuff, better maintained bikes, more pots and pans, bigger pans, and bigger cook top. It would be nice to have curtains over windows too, not just blinds. I’ve been to houses in the past that provided beach chairs and beach stuff. Overall it was beautiful and close to perfect for our needs.

Good Family Spot but some drawbacks

Recently stayed at Nautilus with 18 family members. The house is really nice and the location is good. This house will sleep everyone comfortably but it is not set up for entertaining and feeding a large party. No double oven, little to no ice (the fridge ice maker didn't work properly) and insufficient cookware and dishes. The cookware was a college dorm starter kit with a couple of small pots and pans. The previous tenants left the backyard in shambles. We had to fish the patio furniture out of the pool ourselves as well as fix the grill which was turned over in the yard. Another down side is that you will have to provide your own hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper for the entire house. This would be a small luxury for the owner to provide if they are wanting to present a five star standard.

Awesome house

Perfect for large group (we had 3 families) and there was plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing or gather downstairs and back patio as a group. It was everything we were expecting. Beach towels and a mop would be a plus but would LOVE to come back.
