Made several attempts to reach host over the course of 4 weeks and received any response at all. The house still had clothes and personal items from previous guest and the house has not beyond a quick cleaning in what appears to be years. The back door locks but does not stay closed so anybody could walk in on you at any time making the property unsafe. Non of the outside appliances work including the gas grill, gas fire pit or television. The hot tub says it 100 degrees but feels more like 80. There are electric blinds but the remotes are nowhere to be found eliminating your ability to use the back patio door. We reached out to the host while we were staying there and never received a response from him showing he doesn’t care at all about the condition of your stay. The interior doors do not close because the house has shifted so non of the women staying with us had the ability to get ready in their rooms because their bedroom doors would completely shut and kept swinging open.

We had all adults and the space was nice with a pool table but very little seating in the living room. Most of the furnishings are old and worn out. The seating needs to be updated and replaced.

Absolutely perfect

Beautiful house in the best neighborhood. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake because we were there in November and it was just too cold. But the view from the backyard and the balcony is amazing. The house is beautiful and very clean and plenty of room for our group of six adults and four kids. Thank you, Paul. We will definitely stay here again.

Terrible checkin

The host never responded to text or email. No welcome information provided. No information on what to do at checkout. Had to hunt for remote to open shades. 3 bathrooms no shampoo or kleenex. The fire pit didn't work. Upon arrival their was a water shut off notice
