Very dirty condo
The floor was absolutely filthy if you walked barefoot or in socks your feet and socks turn black.
The shower in the master bedroom the controls need to be adjusted it’s very difficult to use hot water there.
The carpet everywhere was black and needs to be replaced I don’t think cleaning is what needs to be done.
The kitchen countertop was absolutely filthy we had to wash everything and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty utensils.
In the second bedroom the three drawers under the television do not have any handles on them they have been broken off and it was very difficult to open and close these drawers.
The master bedroom bed cover needs to be washed it smelled very musty.
In general the location was great we love this complex and have stayed here before but this was the worst condominium that we’ve ever rented as far as cleanliness goes. I just don’t understand, y’all charge an extremely high cleaning fee but whoever cleaned the condo before we got there didn’t care.
We’d like to stay in this condominium complex again but will never rent from this owner everything there needs to be updated so you feel like you’re on vacation and not staying where someone put their old furniture they didn’t want anymore.
I wanted to complain about everything I’ve talked about here to management but my wife told me just to leave it alone so she spent one whole day cleaning everything that she could.
