Good trip but extra charge

I got good trip for family but after 5 day, they charged extra $300.01 I call to them but bad answer bad service, wait30min Just blanket damage$300.01. Just blanket damage . I got pictures but nobody use it and just 3 red spot just 3 red dot charged $300.01

Plenty of space but needs TLC!!!!!

The property was plenty of space for a party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids), but......needs major TLC!! There are lots of areas that need new paint, toilet paper roll holders come of the wall, dishwasher door doesn't close well, closet door for cleaning supplies doesn't shut unless you press the handle down, DVD player in the living room does not work, outlets in the kitchen against the wall to the left of the stove don't work, ice maker is very slow, patio furniture is very worn (except for 2 very nice and obviously new chairs), wall mounted hair dryer does not work, clothes dryer is very slow. Again, it is a nice space, but seems as if it has been neglected for quite some time.

Nice, but falls a bit short

This is our 10th year staying at the Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominiums. Every year we stay in a different room. The Boardwalk property itself is very nice. This year they repainted the outside and spruced up many of the facilities. One however which we enjoy was not working, the steam room. Unfortunately there was no mention of it in the listing. The room we rented was large, as expected. It offered plenty of space for our family. The beds were average. One of which however was very worn so it felt as the head was lower than your feet. All of the mattresses need replacement. In the smaller bedroom there were no drapes which made it nearly impossible to sleep after the sun came up. It looked as if someone had ripped them down leaving the curtain rods up. We used a makeshift drape by hanging an old holy blanket on the window. In the kitchen, of the the 3 coffee makers only worked. Though it was nice to have the Keurig machine. The fridge worked fine except for the ice maker which did not work. One of the bathrooms had issues with the drain, so we used it sparingly to avoid problems. The master bath needs to have the toilet tightened down as it wobbles. There were also many light bulbs burned out, or the light fixtures were not working. In general this unit was ok. It seems to need a facelift, as it is greatly showing it’s age. Lastly, it would be nice to have a fourth seat for the dining table. Only having three made meals difficult. Internet worked well.

Condo was dirty with beat up furniture.

Condo was very dirty: I was afraid to take off my flip -flop during our stay. Floor was so dirty that the children's feet were black after walking on it. It was advertised for 10 people but inside there were only 6 chairs to sit during dinner. Furniture was very beat up , couch dirty and uncomfortable. Paint on the toilet seats were coming off. Patio furniture was in bad shape: nesty looking table with dirty pillows on the chairs. Wicker furniture falling apart, floor very dirty. Kitchen: refrigerator had rust on it. Pool area and beach was nice . Overall: will not stay at Boardwalk again.
