Our Town of Niskayuna has adopted a law regulating short-term rentals in our zoning as follows:

-- The owner stays overnight for the duration of the booking (for your information, the owner has its own space with a private entrance which would not interfere the space of the guests).

-- The minimum rental period is 7 days, and the maximum rental period is 30 days.

-- Guests are not permitted to host weddings, events, ceremonies, or parties.

-- Off-street parking is limited to 4 cars. On-street parking is prohibited in our neighborhood.

-- There shall be no campers located on the short-term rental property nor shall there be any overnight camping in tent, recreational vehicles, or otherwise used in conjunction with short-term rentals to provide additional sleeping areas.

Weddings, corporate events and commercial functions are not allowed at short-term rental in the town of Niskayuna.
