House on Broadway

The location and cleanliness of the house were fine, other than the cemetery across the street. The yard was a mess. Long grass, weeds, couldn't walk up the walkway, had to walk across the lawn, not ok in heels. I wish there had been some supplies, at least coffee filters. The last VRBO we stayed in had a pod type coffee pot and even supplied the pods. You may want to take a look at your fry pans. They are very old and dirty and the non-stick is peeling off. Hope this help you improve your rental.
