A fantastic location on the Central Bench of Boise. Several parks, two grocery stores, downtown, and much more is all less than 10 minutes by car.
Built in 1948 it is quite old, but has an updated bathroom and kitchen. Original hardwood flooring that creeks with character and a nice large and peaceful backyard. Laundry and free parking on the premises.

This is a very cute farmhouse. The backyard is well appointed for sitting outdoors and enjoying the night sky. Everything I needed was there waiting for me. Check in was easy and the host responded to questions in a timely manner. I would stay here again and again.
The kitchen was stocked with dishes, and cooking supplies, but we could not find the dishwasher tablets. The kitchen faucet fell off the first day we were there, and reported to the owner. I think our biggest concern was that things needed to be updated and repaired. A chair was broken for the dining table and big dog scratches and mud on the back yard door entrance. (we did not have a dog), The back yard was so overgrown that we could not use it to go to the fire pit. Black widow spiders on the benches for the fire pit., The place was convenient to all of our activities that were planned for our stay. Very close to the airport. Just a few issues with the farmhouse, but nothing that interupted our trip.
Had a delightful stay while moving my daughter in to BSU. Comfy beds, cute little place, and excellent communication with owner. Will definitely stay here again!
The house is in a great location, central to all of our activities for the weekend! Everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry amenities are a plus!
Was ok, smelt a little like smoke just when we first got there. Nice backyard, good safeneighhood

We’re sorry to see a smoke smell impacted your stay. Neither you nor the cleaning team mentioned a smoke smell during your stay so we would love to know more if you’re willing to share.
Smoking is not and never has been permitted on the property.
That said, we cannot control guests and I can acknowledge we have suffered on several occasions from guests violating this rule. We always choose to be proactive and alert our next guests if a problem has been reported to me during the cleaning prior to their stay. It allows me to do my best to make the situation better.
The home was very clean and cozy with an outstanding location. The host was prompt and helpful with all of our questions. Would definitely book this home again.
The cozy blue farmhouse was a quaint, convenient house on a quiet street that was very conveniently located. It was very easy to access and had everything we needed for a short trip to Boise.
Owner responsive to partial refund because of airline cancellation.

I’m sorry you found my communication lacking. Although I am not a travel guide, I believe I replied to all your inquiries to the best of my ability. Please let me know how I could have improved my communication.
Overall a nice tidy little place in an area close to where I was doing business.
I stay in the area once a month or so and will def use this place again if its available.
This house was close enough to Boise State that it was very convenient. Quiet area. We weren’t at the house other than to sleep, but it was a great base camp.
