This home is a gem situated in a lovely community in the heart of Warner Center. The community is serene and is filled with greenery and ponds, and you can't find anything comparable in the neighborhood!
What makes this property unique
This home offers 3 floors that allow privacy for all the guests. In addition, it offers a large room in the lower floor that is currently set up as an office/TV room. It is very centrally located with tons of shopping, entertainment, and fine dining nearby, as well as a 2 minute drive to the 101 Fwy! 20 mins from Malibu from Topanga Canyon!
