Welcome to our Airbnb property! We understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family, and we want to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both you and your pets. Please review our pet policy below:



1. **Types of Pets Allowed**: We welcome well-behaved Dogs. No CATS.



2. **Number of Pets**: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation.



3. **Pet Fees**: A non-refundable pet fee of $25/night per pet (1 pet only) and $35/night per pet (if 2 pets) will be charged to cover additional cleaning expenses.



4. **Size and Breed Restrictions**: While we do not impose specific size or breed restrictions, we ask that you consider the size of our property and whether it will comfortably accommodate your pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.



5. **Behavior and Etiquette**: Pets must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result for extra charges.



6. **Supervision**: Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are crated and it has been established that they are comfortable in their crate. Please provide your own crate.



7. **Cleaning Up After Your Pet**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags will be provided for your convenience.



8. **Damages**: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.



9. **Notification**: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet(s) along so that we can make necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience for you and your furry companions.

***Cancellation Policy***

- If you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before the check in date, you will be eligible for a FULL REFUND.

- If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before your check-in time, you’ll get a credit for the amount you paid, which you can use for future travel. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, you won’t be able to get a credit or refund.
