Great experience staying here for a few nights. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and spacious room. I would recommend any one to stay here when visiting Siem Reap.

COMPLETE SCAM FROM START TO FINISH.Local taxi from airport had trouble finding venue as address and map locations wrong. Finally found it due to drivers great work. Piseth was the contact on booking. On final arrival owner (not Piseth!) stated did not know he had a booking and had closed months earlier due to no bookings. Stated Piseth was the person who dealt with the website and bookings. I refused to leave until sorted. Tried to contact Piseth, the contact on booking- kept hanging up. Told owner I nor he was not leaving until I had an instant refund. He phoned Piseth, who answered (ha!), and I got my refund. 1. THIS IS A SCAM2. Owner closed his house/hotel due to no bookings, or not being told he had bookings3. Piseth took bookings after hotel closed4. Piseth did not tell owner bookings had been taken5. Address not accurate6. Map pin inaccurate.7. THIS IS A SCAM8. This needs to be delisted immediately.9. Any properties listed under Piseth's details need to be closely scrutinised and very probably removed to prevent anybody else having to deal with this situation in future.If it wasn't for the great work of our taxi driver (suitably tipped), we may well not have had a positive outcome.This needs dealing with urgently and I expect a response detailing the outcome when sorted.
