Pool is a nice thing to have in Texas. Watch for wasp and fire ants in the pool area.

Very, very clean!

Host was easy to contact, everything was superb, and I would like to come back to try out the pool. I like how simple the place was redecorated.

Perfect for our family

This place suited us well. We stayed here for 11 nights so can tell you the neighborhood is safe, beds are comfortable, the layout is spacious and the couch is very comfortable. The hot tub unfortunately did not work while we were there and we were surprised by the pool guy suddenly in the back yard, but all in all it was wonderful! Our truck broke down so we needed to have some extra time and the hosts went above and beyond for us. Hope to visit again! Thank you

Not What We Thought

Overall..not what we expected. Lawn was overgrown, house smelled stale, was renovated okay..but not a new home. The guest tub would not drain. I would not recommend this property.

Issues

The pool was an issue. The pool lights did not work. The pool was dirty when we arrived. The tables and counters had not been wiped off. We enjoyed the house. However we booked two weeks in advance and I feel like it was cleaned at the last min. The reason we book the house was just for the pool. And was disappointed.

Hot tub NOT included

The neighborhood was a little run down (but no one has control over that). The house was easy to find with GPS. Check in was easy and we even checked in a little early. When we got here the place was nicely decorated inside, but there was some areas that were pretty messy and quite a few damages. We always take pictures of any damages once we arrive and it was a LOT more than usual. We messaged the host to see how to turn the hot tub on but we were informed that you have to request it in advance for

Location was good as we were visiting family in the area. House was clean. Plenty of room for a family of four and a dog. Communication with the host was great. Pool was good but had to dodge wasps while in the water. Also, the yard needed to be mowed as it was overgrown. But, overall, it was a good stay.
