Townhome was cozy and easy walk to campus. Of note there is only only bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms the second full bathroom is downstairs - disclosed but I overlooked when I booked.

The condo is so nice and homey. It is extremely clean and owners pay attention to every detail. Would totally recommend. Very close to campus and Starbucks is 100 steps away.

Why they chose this property
My daughter is an Ole Miss student. My son loves Oxford too! I wanted a safe place of my own in Oxford, close to campus, and in a fun neighborhood conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Our family visits Oxford often as we love the vibe, community, and student atmosphere! We have even invested in a few other rental properties, especially for students, throughout Oxford!
What makes this property unique
Our decor is vibrant and uplifting. I wanted a space that made me smile simply by walking in the door. I hope it has the same effect on my guests!
