Nice location but horrible customer service.
When I arrived I had such a hard time checking in, the code that was provided for me was not working. I had to call to speak to someone to help me. This person was “troubleshooting” the key. Gave me about 10 unlock codes before she realized I was right about the device not working properly. She manually unlocked it so I could get inside. She said she would call me back after she was done troubleshooting but never called back or reached out. Apartment was a bit dirty when I arrived, stains on the walls and throughout the doors. I took pictures so wouldn’t be charged for damages just in case. After checking out two days later I received an email stating that I was going to be charged $2000 for damages to a mattress stain. There was two beds in this unit and the mattress they were trying to say my husband and I “stained” was actually not even used. After fighting back and forth I was able to get my refund but over horrible experience. I’ll never rent from here again. If you stay here make sure to remove the sheets and covers and take plenty of pictures!!! You don’t want to be charged for something you didn’t do!
