In a renovated building downtown, our location is EVERYTHING. In a prime spot within walking distance to the Giant Eyeball, parks, restaurants, and more. After a day of exploring the area, you can grab a bite at a nearby restaurant or cook in our place with the large floor plans. Relax into the night, watching Disney+, Amazon Prime, or Netflix on our TV! After a great movie, you'll get a great night's sleep on your comfortable king-sized bed with soft pillows in a secure building. *blinds are subject to maintenance request.*

Great place to stay for convention center.

Short walk to the omni and convention center. City tavern on street level just next door. Also a roof top bar and restaurant in the building with great outdoor seating.Next convention I would defiantly stay here again.

Overall the property was nice. I wish there was better parking. This is a property where they supply nothing but towels. Overall it was clean and was located relatively close to the house of blues

There is a reason this unit is so cheap. Nice enough but just too loud. It’s above a next door bar with an outdoor area. Location is good for walk ability. I did loose a Dyson blow dryer due to electrical issues. We left a day early.

Conference Stay

My overall experience was good. There were just a few things that I feel could be better. I loved the huge windows across the front of the loft....until it was time to go to bed! Even with the shades drawn, the space is lit up like it is daytime all night long because of the lights outside. Just having some blackout shades would have made that better. Also, there are very few plugins that can actually be used. On most of them, the cord will not stay plugged in.I felt extremely safe the whole time I was there and the location is near numerous restaurants and night life. I would not hesitate to stay again, but will bring a sleep mask.

This has to be a total SCAM!

No way to get in. No clear entry. No communication from owner after several attempts. The outside has homeless people on the streets. We have no idea if we can get our money back. I took pictures - just wish I could post them.

Vrbo Fraud

We were not able to stay. The owner never sent the check in information. We landed at 2 am and had no where to sleep. Over 12 contacts were attempted to owner with no response. VRBO could not help us either. I believe we were victims of fraud and want my $$returned. We’ve been using VRBO for over 20 years and have never been scammed before.

Dallas volleyball trip

The apartment was conveniently located to the convention center. It was missing a blind over a huge window, right where the bed was. People in apartments across the street could look directly into the room with the bed.The host was positively horrible. Very unresponsive and when she did respond, it was with a very rude and condescending tone. Even the customer service number was completely useless. I called multiple times and left multiple text messages and never got a response. All in all, it was a convenient location, but lots and lots of traffic noise and horrible hosting. Would not recommend!

We have a comfortable king-sized bed (you will be raving about the great night's sleep). The rest of the apartment has an open-floor plan where you'll find the kitchen and a dining area. You can also enjoy some views from the rooftop restaurant.
