The bed didn’t have proper support. It was a frame supported by small wooden and metal poles. There was base, no platform or boxspring supporting the mattress. Throughout the night, the mattress sunk closer to the floor causing me to not be able to sleep in the bed.

We were never made aware of any issue with the bed during or after your stay, so this was the first time we learned of the problem. The bed frame is designed to be used without a box spring, as it is not compatible with one. We take concerns like this seriously and have already scheduled our maintenance team to inspect and repair the bed today to ensure it is properly supported for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
