My family of six spent Presidents' Day weekend at this Hunter location for a ski trip, and it was fantastic! The convenience of the location was a game-changer; we could walk to and from the slopes in our ski boots without any real issues. The ski in/out setup was perfect for our family since everyone wanted to start and end their day at different times. While the description states it's an 11-minute walk to the lift if you walk around, there's actually a shortcut through the parking lot that gets you to the slopes in about five minutes. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We chose to dine in, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our meals after a trip to the grocery store. During our stay, we experienced a winter ice and wind storm, but the association did an excellent job keeping the roads clear, and the pathways were shoveled and salted. I had only a few questions, but the owner was very responsive through the VRBO message site. Overall, it was a great trip, and we would definitely do it again!

This condo apartment was perfect for our group of four people. The owner was easily available prior to our arrival to answer questions and grant our special requests. The 3 skiers were thrilled to be able to walk to the Briar Patch trail in 5 minutes by traversing the condo parking lot. And we were all happy to be greeted by a complimentary array of cereal packs, instant oatmeal, gummy fruit snacks and drinks!The condo is extremely well-equipped with multiple thermostats to keep you comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of drawer space and wonderfully fleecy blankets. The bathrooms are recently renovated, especially the huge modern master bathroom, with extra towels and complimentary soap/shampoo.There are throw rugs placed throughout the condo which protect bare feet from the cold floors. And there are night lights throughout to keep you safe!The owner has put a lot of thought into making this cozy space as comfortable as possible, including free Wi-Fi and a big screen TV with all the possible streaming options!

200% excellent host with fantastic communication and an overall wonderful place. Nicely decorated, has a convenient w/d in the unit, parking was not a problem. We had a great time. Not sure if there was a better way for ski in/ski out but we had to cross through a small path and small road and then behind another set of properties to get to Hunter. The resort access saved us a lot of time as there were lines of cars to enter Hunter and we were very thankful that we didn't have to wait with them.Very highly recommended from everyone in our group. If the place is available, get it!
