We didn’t stay. I t was absolutely filthy. No hot water no sheets on the blow up beds? Both front and back door looked to have been kicked in locks changed and painted over. Stove didn’t work the refrigerator leaked. Management very uncooperative. I absolutely feared for my family’s safety and left after 1 hr

SLUMLORD - LIES AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

This is the place that will remind you exactly why hotels are better than trusting some random stranger with your family’s health and safety. VRBOs guarantee is also a joke and they do NOT care about your health or safety. Before I even get into the actual place, I would like to warn everyone that Niagra Falls is overall not a safe city (I had no idea and should have done my research). This property is in the middle of the worse parts of the city. I saw multiple drug deals while trying to get in touch with property owner and VRBO. Make sure you check that the area is safe before booking a property. Now to get to the place. It was disgusting and would not let my animals stay here let alone my child! The pictures and description were not in alignment with reality. I believe the pictures have now been changed, but the previous pictures and add showed one room with queen bed, another room with 2 twins, and a living room with couch, sofa bed, and tv. It also stated there would be linens and kitchen items provided. We arrived and immediately realize the neighborhood is not great, get to the house to see the yard is full of garbage, there are appliances thrown in the backyard, the porch is rickety with the railing falling off the house, and a slippery piece of ply-wood leads to the steps. We open the door and are greeted with the stench of stale cigarettes, mold, and old cooking grease. There is no furniture, exposed wires and outlets, and one full size air mattress in each of the

This community is small Community very quiet place and no old cooking grease. There is no , exposed wires and outlets. No cigarettes inside house another Lie. When you go that Area very quiet peaceful place. Big Lie I don't see any drug sale Or any fight last 10 years. Hotels no stove and cooking facilities. No kitchen area no hall. I applied weekly rental permit from Niagara city hall And got Rental permit. She is not honest person. Create too many lie story.
