Completely surrounded by a private garden of 1300 square meters, the ultra-spacious two-storey Villa Anna boasts an area of 144 square meters and has four bedrooms, two on the upper and two on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Two of them have double beds and the other two have twin beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and private balconies with outdoor furniture. The ground floor has an ultra-modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a sitting area and a WC. Each room has a satellite plasma TV, there is DVD in the ground floor’s sitting area, while there is also a direct phone line, a safe and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

Villa Anna is about 120 meters from the beach of Dassia following a small private road and from the beach of Aghios Nikolaos following the municipality road, it has a private swimming, a parking lot for two cars, an outdoor BBQ, shower and a gazebo, complete with a dining table for 8 people, as well as sun beds and umbrellas.

Perfection!

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Anna. We visited with our in-laws and our small children. Nikos couldn’t have been more helpful and it was the perfectly set up for the whole family. We hope to return one day.

Best villa stay.

We had a memorable 12 night stay at this beautiful villa and we can confirm that the images are an accurate representation of this luxury Villa. The whole site enables a large group of people to comfortably socialise both inside and out. Our communication with the owner Nikos made booking the villa simple and informative. He provided excellent advice and tips and arranged transport from and to the airport. The villa and the gardens were maintained and cleaned six days a week by conscientious and friendly staff. The villa easily accommodated our group of eight and all rooms were en suite and well appointed. The Villa is located within walking distance from a lovely small pebble beach. We would highly recommend this villa and would have no hesitation in returning.

Amazing Villa!

Fantastic villa perfect for holidays with friends and family. The villa is very well equipped and benefits from regular cleaning. The pool is a great size and garden so well looked after. Could not recommend this place more and the Manager was brilliant from start to finish answering queries and helping make arrangements with local taxis and boat companies etc. We will definitely be going back!

Lovely, spacious villa. Lots of room for all our family to enjoy the inside of the villa and the beautiful garden and pool area. Recommend for a peaceful and quiet break

Amazing and would definitely come back

This is a hard review to do, because I don’t want everyone to know how awesome this villa is! The description doesn’t do it justice. We are a family of 6, including 4 teenager girls. The layout of the villa was ideal. Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, all en-suite. The kitchen, dining area and seating indoors is great - and all rooms have their own AC and fan. Also loads of wardrobe space and dressing tables in each bedroom. It then gets even better outdoors. As you exit the doors to the garden, you are greeted by a great covered seating area with a couple of couches and lights for the evening. The pool is beautiful with a raised jacuzzi just to the right of it (which we used both during the day and also at night). There is a also a large 8 seater outside table for those late night takeaways or quick drinks, again also covered. The whole outdoor area lights up at night for the late night swimming or just sitting after a long day in the sun. Location is also awesome. A short walk to the main street with multiple supermarkets, restaurants and also the beach by the Ikos hotel. On top of all that, Nikos (owner) was on hand for any queries, the pool gets cleaned daily by the guys that turn up before 9am and there is maid service three times a week. This is why it such a hard review to write, as now everyone will book it. We will have to book again really soon!
