The apartment additionally consists of one bedroom, and the bathroom is conveniently located off the bedroom, ensuring your comfort during your stay. Despite the compact size, the spaces have been well thought out for maximum comfort, with amenities like a closet for storage, drawers under the bed if needed, and a luggage rack for your convenience.

To make use of the free street parking available, guests are kindly requested to call and register their vehicle in advance, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience during their stay. You will be provided with the necessary details for this process, after booking, to ensure your convenience.

Access to the apartment is through a shared hallway where you'll find other apartment doors. Rest assured, the building itself is securely locked, and entry requires a keypad code for your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.

While we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment, please be aware that there may be pets residing in other units within the building. We kindly ask all guests to be sure they are comfortable with pets in the building before booking, as a leash policy is in place to ensure everyone's safety and comfort in shared spaces Please be mindful of this when moving through the common areas.
**Please note this is a first-floor apartment in an apartment building. As with any apartment building, you will hear some noise from the other tenants in the building. Possibly the vacuum being run, the washer running or footsteps/dog paws from the apartment above you**

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A fine, plus costs for smoke odor removal, will be applied. Guests may smoke outside and are required to clean up after themselves.

No Illegal Activity: Our priority is the safety of all guests. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Visitors Without Consent: Please respect our space and ask for permission before inviting guests. Unauthorized visitors may result in eviction as per city and insurance regulations.

Check-in at 4 PM: You'll receive check-in instructions from Airbnb on the day of arrival, granting access at 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible based on our cleaners' schedule;
