About this space (Pre-warning! This is not a party house.)
Newly remodeled! Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Va. Beach w/ private driveway, 100 yds from a huge park w/ tennis courts, playground, long paved walking trail, grills & fishing pond. Blocks to the interstate, 6 miles to the Ocean Front and 2 miles to Town Center! I live in a small apartment on the right side separate from the main house . The home is 100% private and completely in your hands. My guests are thrilled to have a private home and an easily reached fix everything guy when needed!
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire home including a washer and dryer with the exception of the property owners apartment which is a completely separate unit.
Other things to note
This note is added because of recent events. If your looking at my to have parties even though my bio says "no parties" then DON'T. This is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and my guests looking for that love it. Having people over is no problem as long as they and you respect the house and my neighbors as I'm sure you would want yourself.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Leave comforters on the bed and throw used sheets and towels down in the living room
The house does not have to be spotless but should be reasonably clean
There are 2 lock boxes. make sure all keys are returned to their appropriate lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!! Do not place a booking to party. Invite a few friends over, have a get together, no problem. No loud anything.
Treat my home like it was yours. Check out instructions are with the welcome packet.
My apartment is on the right side of the house. I am there for you should you need me or want info. Other than that you will not hear or see me.

This was a great find for us. The house is more spacious than it looks & was quite comfortable for our family. The owner is great to work with -makes himself available but still respects your privacy. The neighborhood is very nice & quiet. The location was fantastic. Easy access to the highway with the beach, downtown & aquarium only 20 minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay & would definitely stay again.

A Real Home Away From Home

This is a very comfortable home in a nice, quiet neighborhood that even has a park nearby. The kitchen is spacious and there are two dining tables if you need room to work. The host is very responsive and helpful. And even though the house is in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a very easy drive to the major roads. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a nice stay.

It was a little tight with the 6 of us but we made it work. The 3 bedrooms have full beds. Kitchen was nice and has smart TV’s to watch your own Netflix or etc.. accounts. Property owner/manager lives on site in the garage area.

Quiet area

House was in a great location if you want quiet. A little upset the listing said 2 bathrooms but there was only 1 1/2. The upstairs temp was a big difference from downstairs temp. The house was clean but I noticed no one cleans under the beds.

i can see why. so you know, i did not put the description on vrbo. vrbo imported everything from airbnb. i did go in and figure out how to manually correct it. it now reads bath and a half.
