We are located a short 15 minute walk from downtown Canmore. Our space comes fully stocked w/ everything you will need for a comfy, relaxing stay in the beautiful Bow Valley.

Worried about your car? No need to stress as we provide free underground heating parking. Additionally, indulge in the luxury of heated floors in the bathroom.

You are able to use all amenities! This includes the heated underground parking, pool and hot tub along with the fitness centre. Use the keycard given from the front desk upon checkin to access.
We are willing to answer any of your questions or concerns throughout your stay! You are also welcome to use the front desk if you are unable to reach us. Our contact information will be available within the Welcome Booklet inside the unit as well as resort information.
The resort has a pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness centre and small childrens playground you are welcome to use throughout your stay with us. We are about a 15 minute walk from Downtown Canmore. To check out the bus routes and locations that are close by, check out roam .com.

We supply a National Park Pass that you are welcome to use to access the beautiful Banff National Park and other parks near by (available for guests until July 2025 due to a policy change linking park passes to individual vehicles)
We lend this pass out as a favour to our guests - do not use the kiosks when entering Banff National Park as the pass will be confiscated and charged to you ($150). Instead, take the right two lanes to skip the lines into the park. Please display clearly on the dashboard of your car. If this pass has 2 little holes in it, please contact us asap.

~Please remove shoes at the front door.
~NO SMOKING - absolutely no smoking inside the premises, including the patio of the unit. Smoking only permitted outside the building (front entrance or exit-only door at end of hallway beyond unit).
~MAKE-UP REMOVAL: Please DO NOT use white towels to remove make-up. This ruins the towels and will incur a replacement charge at the guest's expense. Please use paper towel or your own disposable make-up removal wipes. ~All items are owned within the unit, anything taken will be charged back to the guest.
Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)
