Nice Arlington Rental

Ballston apartment

Perfect location for local restaurants and shops and short walk to Metro so easy access to DC. Apartment was ideal for our stay - it had all the amenities we needed, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation to DC

My family and I had a wonderful stay here while in DC. The condo was clean and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. This spot was super close to the metro, which we took every day. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice apartment in Arlington about 2 blocks from the metro to go to DC and walking distance to local restaurants, bars and groceries. The neighborhood is easy to get to by car or metro and safe. You do not need a car if you stay here. The host was proactively communicating and check in was easy at the complex concierge which is staff 24x 7. Apartment was very nice with everything we needed Highly recommend and would use again

Very Reaponsive!

Our apartment was incredibly clean and put together upon arrival and the location was perfect… pizza place in the bottom of the building, 3 blocks from George Mason Law School (part of our reason for going was a tour of it), and 2 blocks from the Metro. Very safe part of town, just past Arlington. Very walkable. I rated 5 stars because even though we ran into a couple of hiccups, they’re things that just happen (had only one set of towels/wash cloths per person to start; had a clogged tub drain to start). I reached out via VRBO app message system and within a few minutes, we had responses and times set up for maintenance to come by. They dropped off extra towels/wash cloths and hung them on our door handle and was there when we walked up (I had texted while we were in town). Very responsive to every message before and during our visit. Would definitely stay again!

Wish I was there

At the last minute I was not able to travel so the husband, granddaughter and her friend went without me. Husband couldn't close any of the blinds. Maybe I could have figured it out if I had been there. However the location was wonderful being close to the Metro and places to eat. The apartment was spacious and the girls loved having their own rootheirvathroom
