The unit has an outstanding view of the salt water lagoon and is close to all the amenities, such as 2 heated pools, a chickee hut, bbq tennis court, playground, unique salt water lagoon filled with beautiful fish (no fishing please) and short walk to the oceanside. The oceanside has wonderful views of the Atlantic, covered seating, firepits and fishing jetty. In close proximity to many local attractions, you will find the townhome to be the best way to visit the Florida Keys.
The unit is fully remodeled with updated with tiled floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, comfy living room with covered porches in front and back.
