The beds were very stiff but overall that’s my only complaint. We had to call the hosts a few times to ask about utilities or cleaning supplies and they responded quickly each time! I would definitely recommend this place!

We appreciated having beach towels, bug spray, etc. AC worked well, the bed and bedding was comfy. The location is fantastic, and the rooms are cute.I believe the kitchen could be a little better stocked (bigger cutting board, plastic cups, etc), the bug issue we sent messages about was the biggest issue. At one point, we made breakfast, and before we finished, bugs had gotten into the pan we used to cook in. We did not use the laundry service, though it would have been convenient as well.

Great location! Easy walk to all the yummy restaurants along the beautiful boardwalk and downtown Christiansted. Food choices from a 4 taco to a gourmet dinner. No need to drive at night! Big Beard’s boat to Buck island and sunset sail is right there at the boardwalk. You can see the fort from the apartments. Nice courtyard. Safe, quiet, free use of the laundry. Worked well for 3 adult women. Each room has its own air conditioning unit . This was my second stay . Love St Croix.

Great Location in Christiansted

Location of property is great. It is a short walk to everything in Christiansted and Gallows Bay is within walking distance as well. The property is undergoing renovations that look to be moving along rapidly and will mitigate any concerns we had. For instance, noisy window air conditioners are being replaced and everything is being painted and refreshed. Do not rent this unit if you have a problem doing stairs. There are 13 steep, deep stairs. The handrail is solid, and was appreciated.

Quiet and pleasant

We really enjoyed our stay. All the comforts of home! Mel the property manager was very friendly and helpful if we ever had a question or needed anything. Note: The step heights to the unit are higher than in the US, so you must be able to get up them to stay here. Fortunately it wasn't a problem for us once we got used to them. Door locks are electronic keypads or keyed. The AC worked well, but the circuit breaker popped occasionally. The beds and rooms were comfortable. Kitchen has all the pots and pans, utensils and dishware you should need. Water is filtered, we drank from the taps all week. Bonney's Revenge is walking distance, just 2 blocks to city center. We didn't need to use the car to walk to the dive shop or boardwalk, and many affordable restaurants and shops nearby.

Christiansted was wonderful and the property easy and comfortable. If you are planning on cooking at home you will need to some more pots and pans- we didn't so fine for us.
