Welcome to this new, cozy, comfy southern most 1 bedroom /1 bath, beach side condo located in Seawoods and across from the ocean on S Atlantic Ave. Beautiful South Beach is part of this Islands preferred white, sandy beach & also the no drive section of the beach. New Smyrna Beach has 13 miles of beach and we are enclosed by 2 national parks with the Atlantic on one side and the lagoon aka Intra-Coastal on the other offering every type of water sport from spotting dolphin or manatees to paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, diving, rent a boat or a private captain for great fishing. Watch launches from our beach!
Central East Coast location makes it great for daytime trips to.
We are the closest beach to all the Theme Parks in Orlando, and offer a variety of excellent eateries in every price range. Unique shops, special events happen on historical Flagler Ave and Canal St. From Art Festivals, oldie cars along the Palm Tree lined Canal Street, wine walks, parades & more fun activities on Flagler.
The closest Airports are Daytona 25 minutes away
Orlando International or Sanford Orlando under an hour away.

Flagler Ave offers something for everyone, from ice cream shops & candy stores to relaxing lay back, casual restaurants with ocean view. After enjoying yourselves come home to your beachside condo relax in your private porch area or at the pool surrounded by tropical gardens and the sound of the ocean .
