The 3-bedroom Residence Loft is a beautiful two-story residence featuring high ceilings and spacious rooms. The first floor features a gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, living room with TV area, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, bathroom with shower, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The terrace includes a plunge pool, dining table, daybed, and two armchairs. We have been Grand Luxxe owners since 2005. We both have busy lives and professional careers, so vacation time is precious. We enjoy hiking, biking and winter sports but, like many from the north, we have embraced a winter break in southern climes, and in Mexico we are always sure of a tropical vacation. We love Mexico, the friendly family lifestyle, the exotic food and culture. As our family grew and moved away to build their own careers, family reunions became more important. The Grand Luxxe Residences provide a special place for reunions with our children and grandchildren and also for gatherings with friends and colleagues. The design provides for ample personal space and for communal festivities. We have so many happy memories of seeing the joy in the grandchildren when we spent time together there over the years.

This ocean front resort, hidden in a Mayan jungle, opens onto golden sand beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean. Wooden board walks meander through the beautiful landscaped property. Gently sloping beaches provide easy access for snorkeling and relaxing beach-combing. Direct flights into Cancun from major US and Canadian cities gets your vacation off to a really relaxed start.

What makes this property unique

The friendly, courteous staff, from housekeeping, concierge through to management set the tone of this resort. You really do feel at home here. On a couple of occasions over the years a member of our party has required medical attention. The resort staff were amazing. Their response was prompt, we received excellent care and they followed up with us throughout our stay. This is really a safe and caring place.
