Located 10 minutes from Englewood's Manasota Key beaches, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes to downtown Venice with is abundant restaurants, boutique shops, beaches and theater. 20 minutes to the new Wellen Park community with lakes, parks, restaurants and the Atlanta Braves Spring Training Ballpark.
