-Additional cleaning fee applies for intensive cleaning

-Entire house including the patio spaces, yard and pool.
-One of the bedrooms has a half bathroom and is located at the corner next to the master bedroom. It can be accessed either from the master bedroom or from the yard

-Quiet hours are 9pm - 8am daily
-For occupancy exceeding 9, please add $50 per additional guest/day. All guests must be disclosed
-Pool heating for additional $100 per day
-NO SMOKING INDOORS ALLOWED! IF YOU VIOLATE THIS IT WILL BE A $1000 FINE (plus cancellation of reservation ASAP without refund)
