1958 Mid Century Modern Pool Home in World Famous Palm Springs. Built with an open floor plan with indoor-outdoor flow - 4 bedroom 3 bath home with polished concrete floors, updated baths and kitchen in August of 2021, big sliding glass doors overlooking spacious back yard and large heated pool and spa. Large yards with mature orange tree, succulents, ficus, and mountain views. Located in the Heart of Palm Springs. Clean crisp and ready for you!

Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Close to everything majestic Palm Springs has to offer. Come escape the big city with only a 1.5 hour drive from Los Angeles, just like Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra used to!

Please note that minimum stays are required.

Enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, living, and dining rooms.

Primary bedroom 1 suite is on opposite side of the house features a king size bed, setee sofa, and ensuite bath and sliding patio doors that lead to the backyard. Flat screen tv with with Netflix, HULU, HBOmax.

Guest bed 1 features 1 king size tempurpedic bed. Flat screen tv with with Netflix, HULU, HBOmax.

Guest bed 2 features a full-size tempurpedic style mattresses.

Guest bed 3 features twin tempurpedic bunk beds. Additional pack ' n play also available.

Kitchen features Bosch appliances and a dining table for 4-6 plus seating for three at the island. Kitchen is stocked with cooking tools and a nespresso machine.

Outdoor patio features gas grill, sectional lounge sofa, patio dining seating for six, fire pit with seating, and more.


New washer and dryer.

While the home has items to keep children entertained like games, puzzles, and pool toys, an easel, and books, the home is most appealing for adults. Note: there is no pool cover or gate around the pool.

Lots of easy activities for couples, families, or friends. Take a hike or head to the top of the tram. Get in a round of golf or a massage. Enjoy Palm Springs shopping, dining, or night life. For kids, visit the huge shaded playground for kids 2+ with an enormous field or visit the Famer's Market. Head to the Living Zoo, the Dinosaur Museum, the Air Museum, or go horseback riding in Indian Canyon. Don't forget to grab an ice cream cone at one of the 5 speciality shops in downtown Palm Springs.

Pets approved on a case-by-case basis. Fireplace is for decoration only. For those wishing to use the pool heater the fee is $40 per day. Please notify in advance so the manager can take the lock off the heater. IMPORTANT: This is a furnished monthly rental. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and agree to adhere to Palm Springs noise ordinance.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for my family of 4 (2 kiddos loved the pool), mom, brother, and dog. Everyone had their own space and the girls loved the bunk beds. The location is great - convenient to lots of Palm Springs locations. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable and great pool

We had a girls weekend here for five. The house is great, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains and the host was great. Would stay here again!

Sister’s trip

After hiking four days in Death Valley, the four sisters (68-77 years of age) landed at this MCM home to relax, then hike Joshua Tree.Perfect location to go to the park, relax in the warm water of the pool and celebrate birthdays.

There was no instruction book or paperwork with emergency numbers, the wi-fi password or instructions on leaving the property (garbage day etc.) that I usually find in rental properties. The house was clean and comfortable, but the nice pool was extremely hot and not enjoyable for swimming. I was able to reach the property manager by phone for the wi-fi password.

Great weekend trip

Fabulous house close to everything!

The backyard was the highlight. Pool large for a rental. Lemon tree was wonderful. We picked up lemons off the ground every day and used them as fast as we could!. I loved the mattresses - also a treat in a VRBO property. Great location. We had a great time.

Beautiful property and lovely owners!

I am a mother of two little girls that are five and six AND have dogs. All of my children, including my furry children, had such a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! Erica was extremely responsive and kind the entire process! I would highly recommend not only this property, but this owner, if you are looking for a wonderful getaway!

Fantastic all around

We booked w/ friends for the thanksgiving holiday and we could not have been happier. The view, the pool, the rooms, well stocked, and super convenient! I also appreciate the high end dish soap, shower products, and linens. We found ourselves in need of a tea kettle and they had one delivered same day along w/ a nice tea selection. Above and beyond in terms of communication.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Erica’s place for a long relaxing weekend in Palm Springs. The house was absolutely perfect and the pool was amazing for what turned out to be a pretty hot weekend. The house is in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood (great for morning jogs if you’re into that kind of thing!) but we were just five mins from some of our favorite spots downtown. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful with the small questions we reached out to him about. Highly recommend booking a stay here—you won’t want to leave!

Mid Century with views!

Our Family of 4, plus 2 dogs had a fabulous stay at Erica’s wonderful home. We swam daily in the heated pool, took walks around the tennis club neighborhood. We went up the Tram ( 80 degrees at the base, 32 degrees snowy at the top), spectacular views! We went to Sherman’s Deli. The Air Museum, Modernism house plus other great spots in Palm Springs! The house is very trendy with polished concrete floors, modern art posters, nice furnishings, very comfortable beds! Well equipped kitchen. Nice grill, had a BBQ one day. Highly recommend! Thank you Erica!

Better than pictures

We were very pleasantly surprised with the home- better in person than in pictures. The host was very responsive. Pool needs to have the leaves skimmed off on a regular basis as the leaves fall in so much because it is so windy. The neighbours dogs barked a ton - even at night which is why I rated this as a 4 vs 5 and you can’t buy the coffee pods anywhere in town- we looked 3 places so host sent some right away so they were very responsive - if you are a coffee drinker you may be best to buy your coffee out on town as this only makes espresso. We definitely would book here again.

Nice stay in PS in very clean & roomy VRBO

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay in this PS vacation home! The home is very roomy and was nice to be able to spread out and not be so cramped like in a hotel room. Our 2 (adult) children were able to have their own bedroom & their own bathroom (yeah...no fighting over bathrooms)! The primary bedroom was very large as well (but the primary shower is a little small). We didn't even use the 4th bedroom but it is more for small kids and would be too small for any adults. The kitchen had everything you need with modern appliances. The backyard with the pool was very peaceful and quiet. Erica was very kind to allow our 2 dogs to stay with us and they (and us) very much appreciated it (they loved sleeping on the concrete floors!). Erica was very communicative during the entire process and Stuart (the maintenance person) also was very helpful during our stay and was quick to get back to us when we needed him. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Family stay in March

Our stay was great. We had grandparents and our two kids (4 & 6) with us. We spent so much time outdoors and in the pool. The pool was warm and great! The property was good for 8 people. Property manager Stewart was very responsive
