The house is nearly 1700sf, which includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms…and sits on a quiet, beautifully maintained, enormous 13,000+sf corner lot. Atomic Garden features a spectacular indoor/outdoor flow with an open floor plan…and each area of the home, inside and out, is super-charged with something special to offer. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have large windows and sliding doors, letting in tons of light and giving unobstructed views of the pool/spa.

The kitchen features new Samsung appliances, all your cooking and dining essentials, and quartz-covered counter tops…with sliding doors leading to the outdoor cooking area (5-burner gas grill and bar/counter). Back inside, there’s a built-in “Mad Men”-esque bar with supplies to help bring out your inner mixologist.

In the living room, you’ll be entertained with the 55” LED HD Flat-Screen Smart TV (with DirecTV and all the good movie channels, of course) and a Blu-Ray player. If you’re in the mood, enjoy the fireplace which boasts an exquisite floor-to-ceiling decorative mantle. And what vacation home is complete without a DVD collection, board games, and lawn games (corn hole and ladder ball)?!

All the bedrooms have ultra-comfortable beds, luxury linens with a minimum 300 thread count, extra pillow options, 40” LED HD Flat-Screen Smart TV’s (with DirecTV, and yes…all the good movie channels), iHome bluetooth wireless alarm clocks or iHome docking station alarm clocks, and a special vibe with modern art specific to each room. If you’re traveling with your dog, a comfy bed made just for them is awaiting their arrival as well.

The sprawling backyard area has an enormous sparkling pool with a true “deep end” just waiting for you to take a dip, and an elevated 6-8 person spa with waterfall. There are pool toys and floatables waiting for you too. While you’re outside, be sure to enjoy the 360-degree mountain views! And take your pick from one of the many dynamite outdoor furnishings. Soak up some sun if that’s your thing on one of the chaise lounges…or take a nap on the uber-comfortable outdoor sectional seatin or enjoy a nice chat by the 10-foot fire pit at night with built-in seating or just “hang out” in the one-of-a-kind triple hammock, unlike anything you’ve seen before! There’s also an outdoor bar dining table for 8. And of course there’s tons of space for your pooch to explore and play.

At night time, be sure to take a look at the mountain in front of you and notice the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway light going slowly up and down the mountain. ;)

- Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
