There is no better place to wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee while overlooking the crashing of the waves. Close to the Platz Am Meer mall and other amenities, it is conveniently located in the town of Swakopmund. With direct access to the beach from the house you can also finish your day soaking up the breathtaking sunsets with a stroll along the water.
The space
Whether a small family or a large group, this 2-storey, 8-bedroom {3 doubles + 1 (2 single beds) at the upper floor and 4 doubles at ground floor} ocean-front house is ideal for you.
The ground floor has two suites.
Suite #1 (Rooms #1 and #2 on Ground Floor):
The first suite consists of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The first bedroom in this suite has one double bed, while the second room has a king sized bed.
Suite #2 (Rooms # 3, #4 on the Ground Floor):
The second suite consists of two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms have king sized bed.
Bedrooms #6, #7,#8, and #9 on the Second Floor:
These rooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms. #6 , #7 have double beds whilst #7 ha Queen sized bed. (#9) has two single beds.
The second floor also consists of a large kitchen, large dining areas, lounges, a fire pizza oven, a fire BBQ facility as well as a large breakfast sun room with breath-taking views of the ocean.
For ease of mind, the house is equipped with an indoor and outdoor alarm system which can be conveniently armed and disarmed with a click of a button.
The prices shown are based on two people sharing a bedroom.
As it is a very big house, we typically accept groups that are a minimum of four (4) guests. Exceptions to this may apply for long stays.
We normally don't book more than one group at a time and our guests enjoy exclusive use of the house. In other words, regardless of the number of people in your group, you will enjoy private access to all the common spaces on the second floor including the large kitchen, large dining areas, lounges, fire pizza oven, large breakfast sun room as well as the number of bedrooms (based on two people sharing). The unallocated bedrooms will be locked off for the duration of your stay.
Guests will also have access to the following:
- Laundry room (which is equipped with a
washing machine, dryer and sink);
- Two indoor parking and several outdoor
parking spaces on the premises;
- Two outdoor BBQ areas
- Direct access to the beach from the back of
the house
Other things to note:
Christmas/New Year period: minimum booking duration 8 nights and 12 guests. But for some exceptions, we normally don't accept bookings beyond 6 months in advance.
Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire building and amenities except the unallocated bedrooms (if any) which will be locked off for the duration of stay. The resident manager will be available to ensure your ease and comfort.
