Perfect space!!

It was a very modern clean space, very airy with high ceilings that extended to the top floor. Huge outside deck was fun for everyone to enjoy. Of course we always enjoy the Setai amenities. We would definitely recommend this place.

Beware of this place

We started off our stay ok - place was not ready or clean and had wine stains and a faint smell. We let the cleaning woman clean and went back and it was still a little dirty but livable. AC kept going out but the building was working on it. Primary issue we had was that on our second night of three nights we woke up in the middle of the night to water coming into the master bathroom vent which later spread to the lower floor coming through the light fixture. Needless to say the place was uninhabitable. We tried to contact the owner and building with mixed response starting around 3am. Eventually we were told we would need to leave but then that it would be repaired and we’d be able to stay. Once Servpro was there they set up commercial fans and dehumidifiers that would remain for three days (entirety of our stay). It is extremely was loud and unsafe for us to remain as cords were everywhere and two bathrooms unusable. We requested a refund for the last night since we’d have to move out and the owner said that we had been able to enjoy the unit until 2pm so she’d only refund half a night stay. We had no working lock as the maintenance team had to tape the door open. And, the unit smelled like urine. Turns out there was a flood with a pipe burst on a higher floor and it had spread from the 21st to 15th floor. We eventually left with no resolution and paid for another hotel room. I’ve filed a health and safety claim with VRBO.
