Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oasis in the desert. The location and views set this place apart from all the rest. 10 minutes to Snow Canyon, 15 minutes to Tuacahn and 45 minutes to Zion National Park. Enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer from this centrally located condo that sits on the Sunbrook golf course with views that will not disappoint!

The townhome is brand new from top to bottom ... new paint, new floor coverings, etc. New furnishings and mattresses await to provide a homey feel after a day enjoying the sites and sounds of Southern Utah. Each room is individually decorated and has access to its own bathroom. The house sleeps 9 (2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed and 1 triple bunk)

Cozy and affordable Condo

This nicely remodeled condo features a really cozy fireplace and great patio views of the golf course. It was very clean and the owners were quick to respond with any questions. The area was a perfect location for us and we had a great time!
