This building dates back to 1922 when it was home to Economy Iron Works, the folks responsible for the city’s iconic ironwork balconies and fences. Stallone’s The Expendables was also shot in the building, which still houses film-inspired murals bearing the autographs of Sylvester Stallone and Mickey Rourke—we challenge you to find them all!

Prime location

We had a great experience at this VRBO in New Orleans. The location was absolutely perfect — just steps from the Warehouse District and an easy walk to great restaurants and casino or quick drive to the French Quarter and all the hotspots.The unit itself was immaculately clean, well-kept, and comfortable. check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore New Orleans while staying in a clean, central, and convenient space!
